Vicks VapoRub Ointment 25g is a topical medicated ointment designed to provide temporary relief from common cold symptoms such as cough, nasal congestion, body aches, headache and muscle stiffness. How to Use

1. Take a small amount of Vicks VapoRub with clean fingertips.
2. Gently massage onto the chest, throat and back.
3. Keep clothing around the applied area loose to allow the vapours to reach the nose and mouth.
4. For steam inhalation, use only as directed on the current Indian packaging and never use boiling water.
5. Use up to 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.
