How to Use

1. Wash your hands and check the tube and applicator before use.

3. Squeeze the tube to fill the applicator with the desired amount.
4. While lying down, gently insert the applicator into the vagina and dispense the lubricant as directed.
5. Pre-Seed can also be applied externally by hand when additional lubrication is desired.
6. Use before intercourse, particularly during the fertile window when trying to conceive.
7. Do not leave the product stored inside the applicator for more than 30 minutes before use.
8. Dispose of the applicator after use and use a new applicator for subsequent applications.
