How to Use

1. Read the package leaflet carefully before starting treatment and follow the recommended quitting schedule.

4. When the taste or tingling fades, chew again until it returns.
5. Repeat the chew-and-rest process for approximately 30 minutes.
6. Dispose of the used gum safely; do not swallow it.
7. Use only as directed on the product leaflet. For this UK-listed 2mg variant, do not exceed 15 pieces per day.
