How to Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Remove excess product from the applicator tip.
3. Starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, draw a smooth line along the lash line.
4. Build the line gradually for a thicker or more dramatic look.
5. Allow the eyeliner to dry for a few seconds before blinking or applying other eye makeup.
