1. Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging intact.
- Returns must include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital or downloadable products
- Used or damaged items (unless received damaged)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Customized or personalized products
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will also refund the original shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
