Refund and Return Policy

At Wellbeing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms:


1. Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging intact.
  • Returns must include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Digital or downloadable products
    • Used or damaged items (unless received damaged)
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Customized or personalized products

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will also refund the original shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defectivedamaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

5. How to Request a Return

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
