How to use

Always use the lowest absorbency/size of tampon for your flow (please read leaflet inside). Always change your tampon every 4-8 hours or more often if needed. Always remember to remove your last tampon.  To dispose: wrap your used tampon in toilet paper and dispose with non-recyclable waste. This product must not be flushed or put into bins for recyclable or compostable waste. . Keep in a cool dry place
