How to Use

1. Sit upright and hold the respirometer in an upright position.
2. Connect the tubing and mouthpiece securely.
3. Place the mouthpiece between your lips and create a firm seal.
4. Breathe in slowly and deeply through the mouthpiece.
5. Try to raise the balls by maintaining a steady inhalation.
6. Hold your breath briefly at the top of the inhalation if instructed by your healthcare professional.
7. Remove the mouthpiece, breathe normally, and repeat according to your prescribed exercise routine.
