How to Use

1. Wash your hands before opening and using the tampon.
2. Remove the protective packaging according to the package instructions.
3. Insert the tampon applicator gently into the vagina until the grip is positioned correctly.
4. Push the applicator plunger fully to release the tampon, then remove the applicator.
5. Make sure the withdrawal string remains outside the body.
6. To remove, gently pull the string downward and dispose of the used tampon in a sanitary bin.
